These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of humabee.com and any content, features, or services we provide (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Who we are
Humabee is a baby products affiliate and review resource. We research, compare, and recommend products, and link to retailers where you can buy them. We don’t sell products directly.
2. Not medical or professional advice
Content on the Site is informational only. It is not medical, safety, or professional advice. Always follow manufacturer instructions and consult qualified professionals for health or safety matters. Use products in accordance with age, weight, and installation requirements.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 to use the Site. You agree not to:
- Interfere with or damage the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or probe vulnerabilities.
- Scrape or harvest content at scale without written permission.
- Misuse affiliate links or attempt fraudulent activity.
- Use the Site in violation of applicable laws.
We may suspend or restrict access for violations.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, layouts, and selection) is owned by Humabee or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may:
- View and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: - Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
- Use our trademarks, trade dress, or likeness in a way that suggests sponsorship without permission.
5. User content and feedback
If you email us suggestions, reviews, corrections, or ideas (“Feedback”), you grant Humabee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate that Feedback without obligation. Don’t send content you don’t have the right to share.
6. Affiliate relationships and third-party links
We include links to third-party retailers and may earn commissions if you buy through those links. We don’t control third-party sites, their pricing, stock, shipping, returns, data practices, or policies. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. Read their terms and privacy notices before purchasing.
7. Product information and availability
We aim for accuracy, but product specs, pricing, availability, and policies change. Information may be updated without notice. Always confirm details on the retailer’s site before purchasing.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humabee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humabee and its owners, editors, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $100.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of certain damages; in those places, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humabee from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.
11. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms occasionally. The effective date will change when updates are posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination (IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at mccullough.mark.a@gmail.com. If we can’t resolve it within 60 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis in a venue reasonably convenient for both parties, unless you reside in a jurisdiction that does not permit arbitration agreements. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
